Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Team Building and Management for Hosts (40%)
- Lead the training for transitioning to professional hosts, developing personalized growth paths and incentive plans.
- Daily team management: Responsible for the daily scheduling, content planning, performance evaluation, and team culture building of the host team, ensuring stable output and quality of live broadcast content.
- Capability Enhancement and Training: Establish a systematic training system (including on-camera expression, content planning, fan interaction, compliance risk control, etc.) to continuously improve the comprehensive abilities and professional performance of hosts.
2️⃣ Full Process Operation and Strategy Development for Live Streaming Business (40%)
- Operational Strategy Development: Responsible for formulating the overall monthly/quarterly operational strategies, growth targets, and budget planning for the live streaming room, and accountable for the final business metrics (such as viewership, fan growth, interaction rate, conversion rate).
- Standardization of Live Streaming Processes: Establish and optimize a standardized operating manual (SOP) for the entire process from "topic planning -> content preparation -> live execution -> data review -> fan retention" to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of live streaming data and user feedback across platforms, regularly perform business reviews, continuously iterate on operational strategies, content direction, and interaction methods to drive business growth.
- Ad Placement (meta/tk)
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Deep understanding of Web3, finance, or trading fields, being a deep user in this area or having relevant industry background, able to accurately grasp audience needs and content pain points.
2️⃣ Background as a trader, analyst, or in financial services. BD experience is also acceptable.
3️⃣ Mature experience in ad placement strategies and budget management.
4️⃣ Fluent in English, capable of managing cross-border teams or expanding overseas business.
5️⃣ Must be proficient in Korean, primarily responsible for the Korean market.
