Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, building, and continuously optimizing the overall traffic strategy, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and efficiency improvement. Develop traffic distribution and usage strategies, maximizing traffic value through data analysis.
Specific tasks include:
- Formulating and continuously optimizing APP traffic acquisition, distribution, and conversion strategies to enhance overall traffic efficiency.
- Building a complete traffic metrics and evaluation system to analyze traffic quality, conversion paths, and efficiency performance.
- Collaborating with product, operations, and technical teams to drive the implementation of traffic strategies in products and business.
- Identifying traffic bottlenecks and structural issues, continuously proposing executable optimization plans and driving iterations.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in traffic/growth/strategy-related roles.
- Strong data analysis and strategy breakdown skills, capable of translating problems into executable strategies.
- Familiarity with mainstream traffic sources, distribution mechanisms, and their underlying logic.
- Results-oriented, with strong drive and cross-team collaboration skills.
Talent Profile Reference (non-mandatory requirements):
Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in growth strategy, growth products, growth analysis, traffic quality, and growth collaboration from companies such as ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan, and Kuaishou, rather than purely advertising, BI, or execution roles.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in configuring growth strategies across multiple products and traffic sources.
- Involvement in budget or resource allocation-related decision-making.
- Ability to clearly explain "why not increasing the budget is actually better."
