Job Responsibilities
1. Channel Operations & Relations: Responsible for the daily operations and relationship maintenance of the existing channel ecosystem, ensuring stable and efficient performance.
2. Optimization & Launch: Drive the launch of new channels and the optimization of existing ones. Manage channel rule configurations, data monitoring, and performance reviews to continuously improve overall channel efficiency.
3. Data Reporting: Establish and refine the channel data monitoring system. Independently manage the creation, analysis, and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide data support for business decisions.
4. Financial Management: Manage channel expense settlements, reconciliation, and ROI monitoring. Rationally control cost structures to improve the input-output ratio.
5. Problem Resolution: Timely interpret and implement channel policies. Efficiently handle operational anomalies, channel issues, and customer complaints; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure closed-loop problem resolution.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in channel operations, with a proven track record in multi-channel management, optimization, and scalable operations.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required, including the independent use of PivotTables and functions. VBA skills are a plus.
3. Data Acumen: High sensitivity to data with strong skills in data integration, analysis, and post-project review. Ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through data insights.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently drive cross-departmental and cross-functional collaboration.
5. Leadership: Team management experience is preferred, particularly experience collaborating with or managing teams of 7 or more people.
