Core Responsibilities
1. Abnormal Behavior Monitoring: Responsible for real-time monitoring of spot and contract trading within the exchange, identifying and addressing violations such as wash trading, matched orders, and malicious market manipulation.
2. Marketing Penetration Prevention: Review risk control strategies for platform activities such as user acquisition, bonuses, and rebates to prevent large-scale arbitrage by malicious actors, ensuring effective conversion of marketing costs.
3. Withdrawal Review and Asset Security: Review high-risk withdrawal requests, identify potential account theft, fraudulent transactions, and abnormal asset transfer risks.
4. Risk Strategy Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of cheating methods used by malicious actors, extract risk features, and promote the iteration and configuration of risk control engine rules.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product and technical teams to identify logical vulnerabilities at the source of business processes and provide risk control solutions.

1. Industry Background: Over 2 years of business risk control/strategy experience in a well-known exchange or internet finance company.
Technical Sensitivity: Deep understanding of contract trading mechanisms, leverage risks, and arbitrage logic, capable of discovering clues from massive trading data.
2. Countermeasure Experience: Rich practical experience in anti-fraud and anti-cheating, familiar with common attack methods used by gray and black industries (such as simulators, multi-opening scripts, etc.).
3. Data-Driven: Proficient in using tools like SQL/Python for data extraction and analysis, with preference given to those who can model independently.
4. Mental Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, capable of handling the fast-paced, around-the-clock risk challenges of the industry.
