1. Overall design of compensation strategy (internal fairness, external competitiveness)
2. Promote direct linkage of compensation with business goals, ROI, and productivity indicators to support growth-oriented business
3. Establish compensation and productivity analysis model (labor costs, bonus proportion, ROI)
4. Provide regular analysis reports to management to support budgeting, expansion, and cost control decisions
5. Participate in annual labor cost analysis and forecasting
6. Promote standardization and automation of compensation processes
7. Establish clear compensation rules and communication mechanisms to enhance transparency and professionalism
