Job description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design, implementation, and regular adjustment of global/local employee compensation structures, including salary surveys, job leveling systems, and bonus plans.
2. Lead the establishment and cyclical operation of performance evaluation processes (such as OKR/KPI), including goal setting, tracking, assessment, and application of results.
3. Analyze compensation and performance data to provide insights and recommendations for labor cost budgeting, salary adjustment decisions, and incentive effectiveness.
4. Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of salary and benefits in compliance with local laws and regulations; handle related daily inquiries.
Qualifications:
1. Over 3 years of human resources experience, with at least 2 years focused on compensation and performance practices in the internet/fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
2. Familiar with modern compensation and performance tools and methods; preference for those with knowledge of incentive models in the cryptocurrency industry (such as token incentives).
3. Excellent data analysis and Excel/Sheets skills, attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-changing and global environment. Basic understanding and enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry.
