Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling complex escalated cases related to transactions, compliance, and general inquiries, focusing on user experience to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support, effectively resolving high-difficulty issues.
- Deeply understand the platform and products to provide users with problem-solving, usage guidance, and necessary trading education, enhancing user confidence and experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and risk control teams to relay user feedback and drive continuous optimization of the platform experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. More than one year of relevant experience in exchanges
3. Fluent in both Chinese and Korean
4. Experience in business process management and optimization is preferred
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment
