User Growth Manager / Senior User Growth Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. User Growth Strategy Development and Implementation
Develop the company's global user growth strategy, including a complete growth funnel for user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and repurchase.
Design sustainable growth models and growth flywheels in conjunction with payment and Web3 scenarios.
Break down core growth metrics (MAU, activation rate, conversion rate, ARPU, transaction volume, etc.) and take responsibility for the results.
2. User Acquisition and Channel Expansion
Responsible for expanding and optimizing online and offline customer acquisition channels, including:
Web3 community growth (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
KOL/KOC collaborations
Affiliate/Referral systems
Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
B2B collaboration for traffic generation (exchanges, wallets, merchants, etc.)
Continuously optimize CAC and ROI to improve growth efficiency.
3. Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Work closely with the product team to drive the design of growth mechanisms within the product (invitation virality, incentive mechanisms, task systems, etc.).
Optimize the conversion path from registration to certification to first payment to repurchase.
Drive product improvements and A/B testing based on data analysis.
4. Data Analysis and Growth Experiments
Establish a data monitoring system and growth dashboard.
Lead growth experiments (Growth Hacking) and iterate continuously.
Develop refined operational strategies based on user segmentation and behavior analysis.
5. Retention and Lifecycle Management
Build a user lifecycle management system (Onboarding, education, outreach, recall).
Design incentive and loyalty mechanisms to increase user activity and transaction frequency.
Establish CRM and automated marketing systems.
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in user growth/growth operations/performance marketing.
Experience in payments, fintech, Web3, exchanges, or digital assets is preferred.
Familiarity with user growth funnel models and mainstream growth methodologies (AARRR, PLG, etc.).
Possess data analysis skills and be familiar with GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
Experience in successfully building growth systems from 0-1 or 1-10.
Strong execution ability and cross-team collaboration skills.
English can be used as a working language (targeting global markets).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global growth (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America, etc.).
Familiarity with compliant payments or cross-border payment businesses.
Experience in Web3 community growth or on-chain growth.
Experience in building Referral/Affiliate systems.
