Position: Brand Creative Planner

Core Mission
Based on brand strategy and market insights, lead the planning and execution of creative content and integrated communication plans. Through cross-media and cross-cultural creative expression, strengthen brand recognition and emotional connection, driving continuous brand value enhancement and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy and Content Planning
- Develop quarterly/annual creative content strategies and integrated communication themes based on brand positioning and business objectives, planning core narrative lines.
- Deeply participate in business line and product launch planning, providing full content support from creative concept to execution.
- Plan highly shareable brand activities, campaigns, and social media content series by combining global market trends with localized insights.
2. Creative Content Development and Production
- Lead the development of creative content, including video scripts, visual concepts, interactive formats, and event experience design, ensuring high consistency in creative quality and brand tone.
- Write and review key brand copy, including brand stories, core messages, event themes, and multi-channel promotional content, ensuring linguistic impact and strategic consistency.
- Collaborate with design, video, technology, and external creative agencies to transform creative concepts into high-quality executable visual and experiential assets.
3. Brand Creative Asset Management
- Establish and maintain a brand creative toolbox (such as visual language, content templates, creative examples) to enhance team content output efficiency and quality consistency.
- Responsible for the creative planning and execution management of key brand projects (such as brand refresh, large-scale events, important product launches).
- Regularly review the performance of creative content, optimizing creative processes and output standards.
4. Industry Trends and Creative Foresight
- Continuously track global brand creativity, digital marketing, and Web3 native content forms (such as NFT narratives, community co-creation, interactive experiences, etc.) trends to inject cutting-edge creative inspiration into the brand.
- Analyze competitive brands and outstanding creative cases across industries, producing insight reports and applying them to brand creative upgrades.
Qualifications
1. Experience Background: Over 3 years of experience in brand creativity, advertising planning, or integrated marketing communication, with at least 1 year of experience in the Web3/digital asset/fintech field. Experience in a 4A advertising agency, international brand, or leading internet company is preferred.
2. Professional Skills:
- Excellent creative divergence and logical convergence abilities, capable of transforming business strategies into compelling creative concepts and communication plans.
- Solid copywriting skills and visual aesthetics, able to independently produce creative briefs and guide creative execution.
- Familiar with the content tone and communication logic of major global social media platforms and Web3 communities, with cross-cultural creative adaptability.
3. Collaboration and Management: Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management skills, able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams to advance creative execution.
4. Industry Awareness: Basic understanding of Web3 technology, digital asset business, and financial compliance, able to quickly grasp the core of the business and translate it into creative language.

- Successful cases of building new brands from 0 to 1 or leading large brand campaigns.
- Some visual design or video production skills, able to use basic tools for creative proposals.
- Strong interest and practice in the application of new technologies like AI in the creative field.
- International work background or experience serving global market brands.
