Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Full lifecycle operation of products
◦ Responsible for the full lifecycle operation of core exchange products (spot trading, derivatives, cross-border trading, wealth management products, etc.), covering product launch preparation, cold start, daily operations, iterative optimization, and delisting management.
◦ Streamline product operation processes and SOPs, clarify operational touchpoints and conversion paths at each stage, ensure product functionality implementation, smooth user experience, and compliance advancement.
◦ Track core product data (trading volume, activity, user retention, conversion rate, etc.), establish a data monitoring system, regularly produce operational analysis reports, and propose product iteration and operational strategy optimization suggestions.
2️⃣ User operation and growth
◦ Build a user tiered operation system, develop differentiated operational strategies for different groups such as new users, active users, high-net-worth users, and dormant users (e.g., new user guidance, trading incentives, rights system, recall activation, etc.), to enhance user lifetime value (LTV).
◦ Plan and implement user growth activities (e.g., trading competitions, referral commissions, fee discounts, position rewards, etc.), collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to drive user registration, trading conversion, and activity enhancement.
◦ Collect user feedback (through customer service channels, communities, surveys, etc.), identify core user needs and pain points, and promote product functionality optimization and experience upgrades.
3️⃣ Product promotion and market collaboration
◦ Collaborate with the marketing department to develop product promotion strategies, participate in brand activities, industry exhibitions, content marketing, and other promotional scenarios to refine and execute product selling points, enhancing product market penetration.
◦ Responsible for planning and producing product operation materials (e.g., product manuals, operation guides, short video tutorials, etc.), empowering market promotion and user education.
◦ Track promotional effectiveness data, analyze channel conversion efficiency, and optimize promotional resource allocation and strategy adjustments.
4️⃣ Business compliance and risk collaboration
◦ Familiar with domestic and foreign exchange industry regulatory policies (e.g., relevant regulations from the Securities Regulatory Commission, Financial Management Bureau), ensure that product operation activities (e.g., activity rules, user agreements, promotional content) comply with regulatory requirements.
◦ Collaborate with the risk control department to implement product risk control requirements, identify potential risks (e.g., abnormal trading, illegal promotion) in user operations and trading activities, and assist in formulating and executing preventive measures.
5️⃣ Cross-department collaboration and resource integration
◦ Interface with relevant departments such as product, technology, customer service, and finance to promote the implementation of product requirements, system function iterations, and user issue resolutions, ensuring efficient advancement of operational work.
◦ Integrate internal and external resources (e.g., partners, industry resources), expand product operation scenarios and cooperation models, and support business growth.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Education and Major
◦ Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or related fields;
◦ Experience in product operations in exchanges, brokerages, futures companies, financial technology platforms, etc., is preferred.
2️⃣ Work Experience
◦ Specialist level: 2+ years of experience in financial product operations or internet product operations, familiarity with trading product operation logic is preferred;
◦ Supervisor/Manager level: 5+ years of relevant work experience, team management experience, and experience in leading operations of core exchange products (e.g., derivatives, cross-border trading) is preferred.
3️⃣ Professional Skills
◦ Proficient in the full process of product operations, familiar with core operational methods such as user growth, activity planning, and data analysis, capable of independently designing and implementing operational plans;
◦ Solid data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel (advanced features), SQL, Tableau/Power BI, able to identify problems through data insights and propose solutions;
◦ Familiar with basic knowledge of financial markets, understand trading rules and business logic of various exchange products (spot, derivatives, etc.), and possess compliance risk awareness;
◦ Excellent writing and communication skills, able to accurately extract product selling points, write operational materials, and communicate across departments.
