5️⃣ Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure rapid response and optimization of agent needs.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Over one year of business experience in exchanges, with priority given to those with resources.
2️⃣ Proficient in client development and maintenance, with market insight and business negotiation skills.
3️⃣ Goal-oriented with a strong drive for performance and willingness to challenge high bonuses.
4️⃣ Excellent Chinese communication skills (written & spoken) to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
