Job description
I. Growth Projects
- As the DRI for growth hacking, responsible for growth target outcomes
- Break down growth targets and design and promote end-to-end growth plans:
Channel → Conversion → Activation → Transaction → Retention
- Responsible for the parallel advancement of growth experiments, ensuring rhythm, quality, and results
II. Growth Strategy and Experiment Design
- Propose systematic growth hypotheses and design experiments (A/B Test, MVP validation) based on the current business situation
- Lead the design, launch, review, and scaling of growth experiments
- Continuously optimize the user conversion funnel and identify key growth levers
III. Cross-Team Collaboration and Promotion
- Collaborate with the product team to promote growth-related features (beginner tasks, activity tools, incentive mechanisms, asset operation capabilities)
- Collaborate with the operations/marketing team to implement channel growth, content growth, and asset-driven growth
- Work with the data team to establish a growth metrics system and data dashboard
IV. Data Analysis and Decision-Making
- Define and track core growth metrics
- Make decisions to continue/adjust/stop projects based on data assessment of project effectiveness
- Solidify replicable growth methodologies through data reviews
V. Methodology Solidification and System Building
- Document successful experiences as SOPs and growth playbooks
- Promote a growth culture within the team that is "data-driven + rapid experimentation"
- Assist in building project management and review mechanisms for growth initiatives
