Job Overview
Drive the growth of spot business in the crypto/Web3 field by expanding B2B opportunities with project parties and other types of clients. Focus on business cooperation, market insights, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Discovery and Evaluation: Proactively seek, filter, and evaluate potential cryptocurrency/Web3 projects globally, conducting in-depth due diligence.
2. Full Process Cooperation Advancement: Lead the entire process of coin listing negotiations, contracts, technical integration, launch arrangements, and subsequent relationship maintenance with project parties.
3. Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging sectors to develop coin listing strategies and plans.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the coin listing review committee, technical, operations, marketing, legal compliance, and other departments to ensure a smooth coin listing process.
5. Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with project parties to plan post-launch marketing activities, liquidity solutions, staking products, etc., to maximize the coin listing effect.
6. Network Expansion: Continuously establish and maintain extensive connections with project parties, venture capital institutions, industry KOLs, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge to quickly understand and grasp relevant knowledge in the Web3 industry.
2. Work Experience
• Over 3 years of business development, marketing, or related work experience, with experience in trading, blockchain technology, or fintech preferred. Familiarity with the operational models of business development and marketing, customer demand characteristics, and collaboration models and channel resources within the industry.
• Proven experience in successful client development and project collaboration, capable of independently completing client visits, business negotiations, cooperation plan formulation, and project advancement tasks. Preference for candidates with rich client and partner resources.
3. Professional Knowledge and Skills
• Familiarity with the basic principles of trading, trading processes, and risk control measures, understanding the application scenarios and development trends of Web3 technologies (such as blockchain, smart contracts, distributed ledgers, etc.) in the financial sector, capable of providing professional technical explanations and business promotions to clients and partners based on company business characteristics.
• Proficient in the basic theories and methods of marketing, with strong market research, data analysis, marketing planning, and brand promotion capabilities, able to use various marketing tools and channels to conduct marketing activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and market share.
• Strong business negotiation skills and communication abilities, capable of effective communication and negotiation with different types of clients and partners to reach cooperation consensus and sign cooperation agreements. Good at listening to client needs and able to flexibly adjust cooperation plans and marketing strategies based on client requirements.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory policies in the trading and Web3 industry, able to ensure the company's legal and compliant operation during business development, timely monitor policy changes, and provide compliance advice and risk warnings to the company.
