Job Overview
Drive the growth of spot business in the crypto/Web3 field by expanding B2B opportunities with project parties and other types of clients. Focus on business cooperation, market insights, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research on the Bitcoin trading market and Web3 industry dynamics, monitor changes in relevant domestic and international policies and regulations, analyze competitors' business models, strengths, and weaknesses, identify potential market opportunities and collaboration spaces, and provide data support and decision-making basis for the company's business expansion.
• Regularly write market research reports to inform company management about market trends, changes in customer demands, and potential risks, assisting in formulating the company's business development strategy and marketing promotion strategy.
• Stay updated on new technologies, applications, and models in the industry, assess their potential impact on the company's business, and propose corresponding innovative suggestions to promote business innovation and development in the Web3 field.
2. Customer Development and Relationship Maintenance
• Responsible for developing and expanding individual clients, corporate clients, and partners in the Bitcoin trading and Web3 fields, using various channels (such as industry exhibitions, seminars, social media, online advertising, etc.) to find potential customer resources and establish and improve the customer information database.
• Develop personalized marketing plans and cooperation proposals based on customer needs and characteristics, introduce the advantages, service content, and application scenarios of the company's Bitcoin trading platform to clients, facilitate cooperation intentions, and sign cooperation agreements.
• Regularly follow up with clients to understand their experience and feedback using the platform, promptly resolve issues encountered during transactions, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, uncover potential customer needs, and drive business growth and secondary cooperation.
3. Cooperation Channel Expansion and Management
• Expand cooperation channels with partners such as Bitcoin wallet providers, blockchain technology providers, digital asset custody institutions, fintech companies, and traditional financial institutions, establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships to jointly carry out marketing activities and business cooperation projects, achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages.
• Responsible for business negotiations with partners, determining key terms such as cooperation models, profit distribution mechanisms, and cooperation duration, drafting and reviewing cooperation agreements to ensure their legality and compliance, and protecting the company's legal rights.
• Track the progress of partnerships, regularly evaluate cooperation effectiveness, promptly coordinate to resolve issues and conflicts arising during cooperation, ensure the smooth advancement of cooperation projects and achievement of goals, and adjust cooperation strategies and optimize channel structures as needed based on cooperation conditions.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background
• A degree above the associate level, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge and the ability to quickly understand and master relevant knowledge in the Web3 industry.
2. Work Experience
• Over 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields, with preference given to those with experience in trading, blockchain technology, fintech, etc., familiar with the operational models of business development and marketing, customer demand characteristics, and cooperation models and channel resources within the industry.
• Proven experience in successful customer development and project cooperation, capable of independently completing tasks such as client visits, business negotiations, cooperation proposal formulation, and project advancement, with preference given to those with rich customer and partner resources.
3. Professional Knowledge and Skills
• Familiar with the basic principles of trading, trading processes, and risk control measures, understanding the application scenarios and development trends of Web3 technologies (such as blockchain, smart contracts, distributed ledgers, etc.) in the financial sector, and able to provide professional technical explanations and business promotions to clients and partners based on the company's business characteristics.
• Proficient in the basic theories and methods of marketing, possessing strong market research, data analysis, marketing planning, and brand promotion capabilities, able to utilize various marketing tools and channels to conduct marketing activities, enhancing the company's brand awareness and market share.
• Possess good business negotiation skills and communication abilities, able to effectively communicate and negotiate with different types of clients and partners, reach cooperation consensus, and sign cooperation agreements, skilled in listening to customer needs, and able to flexibly adjust cooperation plans and marketing strategies based on customer demands.
• Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory policies in the trading and Web3 industries, able to ensure the company's legal and compliant operations during business expansion, promptly monitor policy changes, and provide compliance advice and risk warnings to the company.
