Job description
Responsible for establishing and maintaining stable and efficient fiat deposit channels, as well as directly driving the growth of user fiat deposit scale through product optimization and refined operations, while enhancing the efficiency of conversion to core trading businesses and the long-term retention of assets.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Product Optimization: Deeply understand fiat deposit products, collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize front-end pages and processes, improving deposit success rates and user experience.
2. Activity Planning: Plan and execute user acquisition and activation activities targeting fiat deposit users (such as OTC discounts, deposit rewards, etc.) to effectively increase the number and amount of deposit users.
3. Conversion Guidance: Design user journeys and promote the conversion of fiat deposit users to core businesses such as spot trading, contracts, and wealth management through activities and guidance strategies.
4. Payment Management: Gain in-depth knowledge of channel payments and cross-border payment processes, handle daily payment settlements and reconciliation tasks, ensuring efficient capital flow.
5. Risk Control Collaboration: Collaborate with the risk control team to monitor deposit transactions, identify and prevent risks such as fraud and money laundering.
6. Asset Operations: Responsible for or assist in handling the settlement, allocation, and position management of fiat and digital assets within the platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in fiat business, OTC operations, or business development in cryptocurrency exchanges, payment platforms, or related fields.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in fiat deposit (C2C/OTC) business processes, payment gateways, and cross-border payment solutions.
- Excellent business negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, capable of independently developing and managing channel resources.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to formulate operational strategies based on data and assess effectiveness.
- Essential language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English to handle global business.
