Job Overview
We are looking for a senior U Card business professional with strong channel penetration capabilities and experience in building an agency system, responsible for the channel expansion, agency network construction, and scalable growth of the U Card business.
This role is suitable for individuals with mature channel resources who can quickly achieve commercial conversion and upgrade personal resources into a sustainable operational business system.
Job Responsibilities
1. Channel and Partner Expansion
- Establish and expand a multi-level agency and partnership network, including:
- Online channels: KOLs, community leaders, affiliate marketing, content traffic collaboration
- Offline channels: physical merchants, ground promotion networks, local service providers
- Institutional partnerships: chambers of commerce, associations, corporate clients, bulk card issuance collaborations
- Drive high-potential channels to quickly materialize, achieving card issuance and active user growth.
- Establish long-term stable strategic partnerships.
2. Agency System and Profit Distribution Model Design
- Design a reasonable agency profit distribution structure, tiered incentive mechanisms, and long-term retention strategies.
- Continuously optimize agency incentive policies to enhance agency motivation and conversion efficiency.
- Assist agencies in clearly understanding product logic and revenue models.
3. Agency Empowerment and Operational Management
- Establish an agency training system and standardized SOPs, including sales processes, compliance guidelines, and risk control standards.
- Continuously empower the agency team to enhance their ability to acquire customers and convert leads independently.
- Track agency performance data to drive continuous optimization of operational efficiency.
4. Strategic Planning and Cross-Department Collaboration
- Analyze industry trends, market changes, and competitive dynamics to formulate business growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product, risk control, and operations teams to drive product optimization and business closure.
- Maintain business resilience and rapid adjustment capabilities in a volatile market environment.
Qualifications
Background Requirements (meeting any one is sufficient)
1. Background in Web3 / cryptocurrency industry: exchange channels, OTC, wallets, community operations, mining machine sales, etc.
2. Background in traditional payment / card issuance industry: POS agency systems, credit card channels, payment ground promotion management experience.
3. Sales background with high-net-worth clients: private banking, insurance MDRT teams, high-end client management experience.
4. Background in cross-border business: experience in cross-border e-commerce payments, overseas payments, study abroad immigration, overseas asset allocation.
Capability Requirements
1. Possess real channel resources or agency networks that can be quickly activated.
2. Have practical experience in building an agency system from 0 to 1. Familiar with profit distribution model design, incentive mechanisms, and channel management methods.
3. Possess excellent business negotiation skills and cross-organizational collaboration abilities.
4. Strong stress resistance and results-oriented. Able to adapt to a fast-changing and uncertain business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience managing an agency or large channel network of over 50 people.
2. Proven cases of mature招商裂变 or channel scaling growth.
3. Familiar with payment compliance, risk control, or cross-border regulations.
4. Experience in overseas market expansion.
