Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily receipt and payment, settlement, and reconciliation operations of fiat and cryptocurrency.
2. Monitor fund custody accounts to ensure the independence and compliance of client assets and company assets.
3. Maintain daily fund and liquidity reports, providing accurate financial and cash flow data support.
4. Collaborate with banks, payment institutions, and internal teams to promptly address payment-related issues.
5. Support monthly closing, auditing, and fund reconciliation in periodic financial work.
6. Optimize payment processes and automated systems, improving the SOP compliance management mechanism.

Qualifications
1. 4–6 years of experience in payment, fund, or financial operations, as well as channel development experience; candidates with a background in financial institutions or financial technology (FinTech) are preferred.
2. Deep understanding of payment system operation mechanisms, familiar with fund reconciliation, asset segregation, anti-money laundering, and related regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Proficient in English communication and writing at a business level.
4. Detail-oriented and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, capable of independently identifying and solving problems.
5. Degree in finance, accounting, business management, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
