Job Overview
Drive institutional business growth in the crypto/Web3 space by expanding B2B opportunities with financial institutions, banks, and other institutional clients. Focus on strategic partnerships, market insights, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and facilitate B2B crypto/Web3 opportunities with financial institutions, banks, and other institutional clients.
- Proactively drive strategic partnerships to expand business scope and support institutional business growth.
- Establish and maintain long-term trust relationships with key decision-makers in the institutional financial ecosystem.
- Manage the complete sales process, including market research, proposal presentation, transaction structure design, client onboarding, and relationship management.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to gain insights into client needs, industry changes, and new opportunities in digital finance.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in business development/institutional sales in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry.
- Proven track record of successfully facilitating transactions with financial institutions, banks, and professional counterparties.
- Familiarity with traditional finance and the crypto market, including core infrastructure (brokerage, custody, trading systems) and underlying mechanisms (liquidity, risk frameworks, settlement structures).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or regulatory issues into business opportunities.
- Proficient in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments, adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in English, with Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
