Job Positioning
Build the operational system of the platform, responsible for growth and conversion results, coordinate the channel system and user lifecycle operations, establish operational methodologies, mechanisms, and data systems, and drive scalable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Goals and Strategies: Undertake monthly/quarterly core indicators, formulate growth strategies and resource planning (channel expansion, user segmentation, activity mechanisms, outreach strategies).
Channel Operations: Build and optimize the channel ecosystem (KOLs/agents/communities/content, etc.), develop cooperation plans and incentive mechanisms, and improve channel ROI and user quality.
User Operations: Establish a user lifecycle and segmentation operational system (new users - active - high value - silent/churned), enhance conversion and retention from registration to funding to trading.
Activities and Productization: Lead activity planning and review, promote the productization of operational capabilities (activity configuration, tasks/benefits, tagged user groups, outreach platforms, etc.).
Data System: Build dashboards and review mechanisms, monitor metrics such as funnels, retention, conversion, and LTV, and continuously iterate growth models.
Team and Collaboration: Manage the operations team (channels/users/activities), and efficiently collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and customer service to drive project implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in growth/user/channel operations, preferably in finance/exchanges/ToC with strong conversion business; team management experience is required.
Ability to build systems from 0 to 1 (channels, user segmentation, activity mechanisms, data dashboards), with strong data-driven and project advancement capabilities.
Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, with outstanding cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration abilities.
