8. Continuously track industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market changes to inform campaign strategies.
9. Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading professional Chinese content for various marketing channels.
10. Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English with internal teams and external partners.
11. Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
12. Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their campaign management and content production skills.
✨ 【Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management and digital content production.
3. Relevant industry operational experience and familiarity with its market operating models.
4. Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
5. Excellent professional writing skills in Chinese.
6. Proficient in using digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
7. Familiar with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
9. Innovative thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
