Channel Operations

1. Responsible for the all-channel expansion, construction, and operation of Web3 projects, covering core matrices such as overseas social platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok), industry media, KOL/KOC, public chain ecosystems, cooperative projects, and offline channels. 2. Develop channel operation strategies, create content output, user growth, and activity maintenance plans tailored to the characteristics of different channels, achieving goals for project exposure, community acquisition, and brand awareness enhancement. 3. Expand and maintain cooperative resources in the Web3 industry, including overseas KOLs, blockchain media, project parties, guilds, community leaders, exchanges/wallet channels, and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships. 4. Responsible for daily content operation, interaction maintenance, and public opinion monitoring across channels, promptly addressing user feedback, maintaining the project brand image, and avoiding compliance and public opinion risks. 5. Monitor data across channels (follower count, activity level, exposure, traffic conversion, retention rate), regularly produce channel operation reports, and optimize channel deployment and operation strategies. 6. Follow changes in Web3 channel rules and traffic trends, explore emerging channels and cooperation models, seize industry traffic dividends, and enhance project channel competitiveness. 7. Collaborate with event operations and brand teams to complete channel promotion, event traffic guidance, and cooperation implementation tasks. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of channel operation/business development experience, with experience in overseas Web3/blockchain channel operations preferred. 2. Deeply familiar with the channel ecosystem of the Web3 industry, proficient in the operation rules and traffic logic of mainstream overseas platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, and understanding of overseas community culture. 3. Possess excellent channel expansion and resource integration capabilities, with preference given to those with Web3 media, KOL, project party, and guild resources. 4. Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills, able to independently connect with overseas resources and write overseas promotional copy. 5. Data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing channel operation strategies through data, with practical experience in user growth. 6. Strong interest in the Web3 industry, keeping up with industry policies and trends, with a strong risk awareness and sensitivity to public opinion. Bonus Points 1.
