Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full-chain brand visual design of the exchange, including LOGO, VI system, brand manual construction and implementation, unifying brand visual tone.
2. Design core scene materials for the exchange, covering website/app visuals, event posters, KV posters, brochures, H5 pages, etc., adapting to multi-end display requirements.
3. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to complete visual creativity and execution for marketing activities, brand campaigns, new product launches, etc., ensuring efficient communication of brand value.
4. Interface with external design resources (such as partner design studios, material suppliers), control design quality and delivery efficiency, supervise the consistency of brand visual implementation.
5. Continuously track visual trends in the Web3 industry and design styles in the cryptocurrency field, optimize the visual system based on brand positioning, and produce innovative design solutions.
6. Organize design specification documents and material libraries, maintain brand visual assets, and provide design support for team and cross-department collaboration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a design-related field; 2-3 years of brand visual design experience, with experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries preferred; fresh graduates should have a quality design portfolio.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc., with core skills in motion design, typography design, and color system construction.
3. Familiar with the visual logic of the Web3 exchange industry, understanding design styles and user aesthetic preferences in cryptocurrency, NFTs, DeFi, and other fields.
4. Solid foundation in brand visual design, capable of independently completing the entire process from creative conception, visual implementation to specification output; candidates with complete VI construction cases are preferred.
5. Possess keen insight into brands, able to accurately match the professional, secure, and cutting-edge brand tone of the exchange, balancing visual aesthetics and commercial practicality.
6. Work meticulously and rigorously, with a strong sense of time and ability to handle pressure, able to adapt to the fast-paced iteration rhythm of the industry and efficiently meet multi-departmental needs.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly express design ideas, understand business needs, and translate them into visual solutions.
Additional Qualifications
1. Experience in design for leading exchanges or top Web3 projects, or holding quality works on premium design platforms (Zcool, Behance, Dribbble).
2. Proficient in basic 3D design tools (such as C4D), capable of producing 3D visual materials to enhance brand visual quality.
3. Basic motion design skills, able to create brand promotional videos and event motion materials.
4. Understanding of basic English design terminology, able to interface with overseas design resources and comprehend overseas brand visual styles.
