3. User Growth and Transaction Growth
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies

- KOL / Influencer
- Affiliate / Referral
- Community and social media growth
- Content marketing
- Optimize user growth and transaction conversion funnels
4. Industry Collaboration and Ecosystem Expansion
- Establish and maintain partnerships with industry players, including:
- Crypto media
- Industry KOL / Influencer
- Web3 projects
- Industry events and organizations
5. Brand Activities and Marketing Projects
- Responsible for planning and executing industry-impacting brand marketing activities
- Drive large market projects, industry collaborations, and brand sponsorships
6. Global Market Team Management
- Build and manage the global market team
- Oversee brand, PR, social media, content, growth, and community teams
Job Requirements:
Industry Experience
- Over 7 years of experience in marketing or growth-related roles
- Over 3 years of experience in the Web3 or crypto industry
- Experience working in exchanges or trading platforms is preferred
Industry Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of the crypto industry ecosystem
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape of exchanges and user growth logic
- Some understanding of the derivatives trading market
Leadership Skills
- Experience managing international teams
- Ability to drive both strategic formulation and execution
Growth Skills
- Proven experience in driving user growth, transaction volume growth, or brand growth
- Data-driven market strategy thinking
- Proficiency in English as a working language
