Job description
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's overseas projects and business development needs, ensuring timely delivery for key positions;
2. Responsible for the full recruitment process, including but not limited to: job posting, resume screening, preliminary interviews, candidate evaluation, offer follow-up, and onboarding coordination;
3. Focus on expanding and maintaining industry recruitment channels, including TG recruitment, vertical communities, LinkedIn, Discord, Twitter, etc.;
4. Establish and maintain a talent pool, conducting targeted mapping and long-term tracking for core industry positions (such as development, smart contracts, product operations, overseas markets, etc.);
5. Communicate closely with hiring departments to clarify job profiles, optimize job descriptions and screening criteria, and improve recruitment efficiency;
6. Track recruitment data, regularly produce recruitment reports, and continuously optimize processes;
7. Participate in employer branding efforts to enhance the company's talent attraction in communities.
[Job Requirements]
1. Over 1 year of recruitment experience;
2. Familiar with remote work and cross-time zone collaboration models, with the ability to communicate with overseas candidates;
3. Strong channel development skills, not limited to traditional recruitment platforms, with practical experience using community recruitment tools like TG and Discord;
4. Results-oriented, with good stress resistance and delivery awareness;
