Job description
We are looking for a leader with business development, strategic partnership, and institutional communication skills to be fully responsible for the global business growth and external relationship expansion of Klein Labs, covering core areas such as market-making services, OTC, Treasury, Ventures, and fundraising collaboration.
You will work closely with the founding team to develop and execute global BD and fundraising strategies, expanding and maintaining relationships with project parties, exchanges, funds, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and other key ecosystem participants, continuously driving business cooperation, institutional fundraising, and the realization of long-term strategic value. This position is suitable for candidates with strong execution capabilities, mature business skills, and a certain understanding of capital markets, who can continuously deliver results in a highly autonomous and fast-paced crypto-native environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating and executing business development, strategic partnership, and fundraising plans for all business lines of Klein Labs, driving revenue growth, partnership conversion, and capital introduction.
- Expand and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with exchanges, project parties, DAOs, market makers, funds, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and other key ecosystem participants.
- Design and promote layered cooperation models around market-making, OTC, Treasury, Ventures, and fund businesses to enhance cooperation conversion rates and long-term value contribution.
- Manage institutional fundraising and LP relationship management, facilitating potential investor outreach, investor communication, due diligence coordination, subscription, and capital inflow processes.
- Clearly communicate Klein Labs' business model, fund strategy, revenue logic, risk framework, and differentiated advantages to enhance the recognition and trust of partners and investors.
- Manage and continuously optimize external materials, including company introductions, business decks, fundraising decks, one-pagers, FAQs, DDQs, and investor update materials, ensuring professional and consistent external messaging.
- Represent Klein Labs in key business negotiations, industry events, critical external meetings, and important partnership communications.
- Collaborate with management, research, trading, legal, and operations teams to drive cooperation implementation, fundraising progress, and long-term relationship maintenance.
- Assist in managing and expanding the global BD team according to the team's development stage, setting clear KPIs, and promoting a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in BD, business cooperation, institutional fundraising, investor relations, or sales, with experience in the crypto industry preferred.
- A clear and verifiable record of business growth, partnership conversion, or fundraising achievements, capable of independently driving project implementation.
- A deep understanding of the Web3 industry ecosystem, crypto trading market, token economic models, and strategic cooperation logic.
- Familiarity with the communication styles and cooperation demands of project parties, exchanges, funds, family offices, HNWIs, institutional investors, and crypto-native LPs.
- Strong external communication, relationship expansion, material organization, and process advancement skills, able to coordinate multiple resources in complex scenarios.
- Strong execution capabilities, results-oriented thinking, and systematic construction abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced, highly autonomous work environment.
- English can be used as a working language.
- Preference for candidates based in Singapore or Dubai.
- Preference for candidates with resources in institutions, family offices, HNWIs, crypto-native LPs, exchanges, or project parties. Experience in liquidity management, trading services, funds, asset management, primary markets, or related market structures is preferred.
