Job Responsibilities
Responsible for fundraising work for the organization, expanding and maintaining resources from family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and crypto-native LPs, and promoting fundraising conversion.
Clearly communicate the fund's strategy, return logic, risk framework, and differentiated advantages to potential investors to enhance their willingness to allocate to the fund.
Manage and continuously optimize fundraising materials, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, DDQs, and investor update materials, ensuring a professional and unified external communication.
Follow up on the LP pipeline, advancing the fundraising process including meetings, due diligence, legal communication, subscriptions, and capital inflows.
Maintain existing LP relationships, responsible for post-investment communication, regular updates, follow-up on reinvestments, and referral management.
Collaborate with management, legal, research, and trading teams to continuously optimize the fund's fundraising narrative and investor communication efficiency.
Job Requirements
Experience in institutional fundraising, investor relations, or related positions, familiar with the fundraising process and LP communication logic.
Strong institutional communication, material organization, and project advancement skills, able to independently drive the fundraising process.
Understanding of fund strategy, risk-return structure, and basic logic of the crypto market, capable of accurate external expression.
Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and cross-team collaboration skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
English as a working language.
Preference for candidates with resources from family offices, institutions, HNWIs, or crypto-native LPs.
Preference for candidates with experience in funds, asset management, primary markets, or the digital asset industry.
Base in Singapore/Dubai preferred.
