Full Cycle Recruitment Management
· Demand Identification: Collaborate closely with business departments to understand and break down complex job requirements.
· Talent Sourcing: Search for talent across various mainstream and non-mainstream channels:
· Traditional Platforms: LinkedIn, CryptoJobList, web3.career, and other vertical recruitment platforms.
· Developer Communities: GitHub, technical forums, ETHGlobal, and hackathon events.
· Web3 Native Communities: Discord, Telegram groups, X (Twitter), DAO communities.
· Web3 Recruitment Platforms: bossJob, Dejob, TTL3, TG Recruitment, etc.
· Public Accounts: FreeJob, DoorLu, Map For Jobs, etc.
· Evaluation and Screening: Assess soft and hard skills.
· Negotiation and Onboarding: Engage with global talent, including token incentives and fiat payments.
Talent Ecosystem Building
· Talent Pool Development: Continuously build and maintain a private talent pool covering positions in production research, marketing, etc., with a focus on long-term tracking.
· Employer Branding Operations: Shape the company into an attractive tech hub through writing professional articles, participating in Twitter Spaces, and being active in communities.
· Strategic Partnerships: Provide in-depth insights about the talent market to business decision-makers, becoming a strategic partner for business growth.
Data-Driven Process Optimization
· Data-Driven: Use data to analyze conversion rates, onboarding times, and other key metrics at each stage of the recruitment funnel, continuously optimizing processes.
Job Requirements
· Basic Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including experience in exchange recruitment, with a bachelor's degree or higher.
· Core Technical Understanding (Key Plus): Familiarity with blockchain and exchanges, and the ability to engage in effective dialogue.
· Soft Skills Requirements:
