We are looking for a Risk Control Monitoring Specialist, responsible for core risk monitoring and anomaly handling on the platform, serving as the first line of defense in the company's risk management system. This position directly participates in risk identification and response, having a critical impact on the company's safety and financial risk control, suitable for candidates who wish to develop long-term in the risk control field.
[What you will do]
- Responsible for daily monitoring of the platform, promptly identifying abnormal trading behaviors
- Follow up on risk alerts and respond and handle them quickly according to procedures
- Record monitoring data and archive it, promoting the closure of abnormal issues
- Conduct preliminary investigations on abnormal cases and produce analysis results
- Participate in optimizing and implementing risk control processes and systems
[What we hope you have]
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in financial institutions/banks
- Practical experience in monitoring or risk control
- Willingness to accept night shifts and rotating schedules (mandatory requirement)
- Familiarity with data analysis or certain data processing capabilities
- Basic financial knowledge and risk awareness, with clear logical thinking
