Remote Work in Singapore/Hong Kong:
Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Transaction Processing & Approvals
Monitor and review fiat and cryptocurrency withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds. Approve or reject transactions in real-time based on strict compliance and financial SOPs.
P2P Dispute & CS Support
Act as the financial escalation point for the Customer Service and Risk teams during night shifts or weekends. Verify fiat bank receipts for P2P trading disputes and execute manual fund releases or adjustments. Investigate missing deposits (e.g., missing memos/tags).
Liquidity & Hot Wallet Monitoring
Continuously monitor operational hot wallet balances and fiat gateway liquidity across all supported blockchains. Promptly escalate low-balance alerts to the Treasury team for timely top-ups from warm/cold wallets.
Shift Reconciliation (Spot, Futures, Earn)
Perform shift-end financial checklists and rolling reconciliations. Verify system health regarding daily funding rates, abnormal user PnL, and Earn product interest payouts during your shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for crypto are welcome to apply.
Shift Work Readiness: Must be willing and able to work on a rotating shift roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Tronscan), and exchange operations.
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to remain calm and make accurate financial decisions under pressure during critical incidents.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to efficiently communicate with global shift teams and review P2P receipts in different regions.
