Job description
1. Actively interact with users through the online customer service platform, answering questions and maintaining user loyalty and contribution;
2. Collect and organize user feedback and demands from daily work, analyze them, and extend valuable insights to optimize product strategy;
3. Coordinate with various departments to enhance overall product operational efficiency.
1. Associate degree or above;
2. Excellent Korean listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to use it as a working language;
3. Experience in customer service is preferred;
4. Strong communication skills, language expression ability, and process control ability, able to reasonably explain and handle user objections;
5. Quick-witted, with strong learning ability and adaptability, capable of independently handling urgent issues;
6. Responsible, with a good service awareness, strong affinity, meticulous and patient, with a spirit of teamwork;
7. Able to accept holiday shifts and rotating rest schedules.
Working hours: Training period 10:00-19:00, two days off on weekends;
Shift schedule: 8:00-17:00; 15:00-0:00
Lunch break: 12:30-14:00
