Core Objective of the Position: To reduce the user cognitive threshold of Web3 products through exceptional interaction and visual details, creating a smooth transaction experience. Detailed Responsibilities: - Design System: Build and maintain a Design System that can be reused across platforms (iOS/Android/Web) to ensure global experience consistency. - User Path Optimization: Conduct in-depth interaction optimization for complex processes such as KYC, asset transfers, and DeFi subscriptions to reduce funnel drop-off. - Localization Design: Adapt UI and optimize experience for different languages (RTL Arabic, etc.) and regional habits. Qualifications: - Over 3 years of mobile UI design experience, with successful cases of FinTech products launched in overseas markets. - Deep understanding of the Atomic Design design pattern, pursuing pixel-level visual accuracy. - Familiarity with unique interaction pain points in Web3 (such as private key backup, gas confirmation, signature requests) and the ability to provide elegant UI solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Basic skills in Lottie animation production to enhance product interaction feedback quality. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS principles to enable seamless collaboration with front-end development.
