📌 Job Responsibilities
1. Build channel/agency system: Establish online (KOLs, community leaders, media) and offline (street promotion, merchants) channels from scratch, design profit-sharing models, and maximize card issuance and recharge flow.
2. B-end institution/major client development: Secure partnerships with Web3 projects, cross-border e-commerce, overseas enterprises, and high-net-worth client groups that have bulk card issuance needs.
🎯 Job Requirements (priority for meeting any one of the following):
1. Background in the Web3 crypto industry: Experience in exchange business development, OTC teams, wallets, overseas payment, mining machine sales, or leading community experience, with an understanding of deposit and withdrawal and consumption scenarios.
2. Traditional payment/overseas background: Knowledge of POS machine agency systems, cross-border payments (Payoneer/PingPong, etc.), or overseas independent sites, foreign trade B2B payments.
3. High-net-worth old money channels: Understanding of overseas asset allocation, high-end immigration, private banking, with access to high-frequency consumer resources.
⚡️ Bonus Points:
1. Fluent in English (can be used as a working language);
2. Experience in mature招商裂变, managing an agency network of over 50 people or community operations with tens of thousands;
3. Those with quickly monetizable channel resources, salary negotiable in private!
