Job Requirements:
- Responsible for managing accounts on the In-App advertising platform for overseas advertisers, helping clients succeed;
- Assist BD in formulating pre-sales promotion plans based on the specific characteristics and needs of the industry, clients, advertising regions, and products;
- Monitor and analyze client advertising platform account data in real-time, providing guidance on optimizing advertising strategies;
- Consolidate In-App platform advertising methodologies, organize quality case studies, data models, and optimization techniques to form reusable advertising strategies;
- Keep up with the latest policies, feature updates, traffic trends, and promotional strategies of major advertising platforms in the market, promptly implement new features and resources, and identify opportunities for traffic growth;
Qualifications:
- Preferably a degree in Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce, Data Analysis, or related fields, with 1-3 years or more of practical experience in In-App advertising platforms; candidates with independent experience in overseas platforms like Applovin/Moloco/Mintegral/Vungle are preferred;
- Excellent English listening, speaking, and writing skills, able to use it as a working language;
- Outstanding communication skills, good at listening, excellent customer service skills, and client management abilities;
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets, platform backend data tools, etc., to analyze advertising data, identify issues from data, and propose actionable optimization strategies;
- Sensitive to digital advertising traffic trends, with good market insight, able to quickly adapt advertising strategies to platform policies and traffic changes;
- Responsible and diligent work ethic, strong execution ability, a strong sense of goals, able to withstand certain work pressure, and accept the routine data monitoring and optimization rhythm of advertising work;
Bonus Points:
1. Experience in In-App advertising in industries such as e-commerce, APP promotion, or SAAS products is preferred;
2. Candidates who have managed accounts with daily spending of tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands and can consistently achieve ROI targets are preferred;
3. Familiarity with overseas In-App advertising platform rules (Moloco, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.) and characteristics of overseas traffic is preferred;
4. Ability to plan creative materials, independently propose directions for material optimization, and drive material iteration is preferred;
