Full Stack / Cocos Engineer
Responsible for one or more of the following areas:
- Participate in product development, continuously iterating around real scenarios.
- Build a reusable Tools & Skills system to enhance scalability and delivery capabilities.
- Improve engineering infrastructure and performance systems (Telemetry, microservices quality, CI/CD DevOps, AI + R&D processes).
Required skills:
- Proficient in any technology stack among front-end / back-end / COCOS Creator / K8S
- An AI-native, heavy user of vibe coding, able to judge code quality, and capable of completing any project excellently using large models.
- Have a carefully maintained project that you constantly feel has turned into a mess and then refactored/re-written.
- Proficient in any language among Java / TypeScript / Golang / Python, and able to share interesting details.
- Able to articulate the full chain process of any software operation (a typical example is the entire process of a browser visiting a webpage).
- Able to directly show off your projects, code, technical blogs, and the above bonus items during the interview.

- Age: 28-38 years
- Education: Associate degree or above
Salary and benefits:
- Formal company, no passport retention
- Salary: 20K – 50K RMB / month, guaranteed 13 months, outstanding performers rewarded with stock options and up to 24 months of bonuses.
