Full Stack/DevOps Engineer
Responsible for one or more of the following areas:
- Participate in product development, continuously iterating around real scenarios.
- Build a reusable Tools & Skills system to enhance scalability and delivery capabilities.
- Improve engineering infrastructure and efficiency systems (Telemetry, microservice quality, CI/CD DevOps, AI + R&D processes).
Required skills:
- Proficient in any one of the technology stacks: front-end, back-end, COCOS Creator, K8S.
- Heavy user of AI-native and vibe coding, able to assess code quality and capable of completing any project excellently using large models.
- Have a carefully maintained project that you constantly feel has turned into a mess and then refactored/re-written.
- Proficient in any one of the languages: Java, TypeScript, Golang, Python, and able to share interesting details.
- Able to articulate the full chain process of any software operation (a typical example is the entire process of a browser accessing a webpage).
- Able to directly showcase your projects, code, technical blogs, and the aforementioned bonus items during the interview.

Hard requirements:
- Age: 28-38 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution
- English: CET-4 or above
Salary and benefits:
- Formal company, no passport retention
- Salary: 30K – 50K RMB/month, guaranteed 13 months, outstanding performers rewarded with stock options and up to 24 months of bonuses
