Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the pre-risk assessment, real-time monitoring, and post-review of all marketing activities on the platform, including user acquisition, airdrops, trading rebates, contract activities, referral commissions, and node incentives. Identify black market behaviors such as "wool party" exploitation, bulk registrations, multi-account arbitrage, studio prize manipulation, and agent cheating.
Build and iterate the risk control rules and strategy library for activities, maintain black and white lists, device fingerprints, IP/region restrictions, account associations, and transaction behavior profiling. Configure activity interception, early warning, and downgrade handling mechanisms to balance business growth with controllable risk.
Monitor activity data, user behavior, and account abnormal transactions in real-time, promptly alert, freeze, and restrict rights for high-risk behaviors such as bulk exploitation, wash trading, abnormal profit sharing, and cross-address arbitrage, and follow up on closure of issues.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly risk control reports for activities, conduct risk attribution, analyze cheating methods, calculate losses, and build a case library to continuously optimize activity rules and risk control strategies.
Collaborate with operations, product, development, and compliance teams to participate in risk control reviews for new activity plans, pre-embed risk control points, and avoid rule loopholes and financial losses.
Track the latest cheating tactics and on-chain arbitrage methods in the Web3 industry, study peer activity risk control plans, and continuously improve the prevention and control system; cooperate with AML/KYC compliance requirements to effectively screen high-risk users and addresses.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or information security; 2-3 years or more of practical experience in activity risk control, anti-fraud, and marketing risk control in Web3/cryptocurrency exchanges.
Familiar with various marketing activities in CEX exchanges, proficient in common cheating models and prevention methods such as "wool party" exploitation, bulk accounts, studio matrices, airdrop exploitation, referral ranking manipulation, and profit-sharing arbitrage.
Skilled in using SQL and Excel for data analysis and behavior investigation; knowledge of Python, on-chain browsers, and on-chain risk control tools is preferred; able to independently conduct activity risk metrics, funnel analysis, and strategy iteration.
Familiar with common risk control methods such as account risk control, device fingerprints, association mining, profiling scoring, frequency and limit restrictions, and layered handling; capable of independently producing activity risk control plans and rule configurations.
Clear logic, high data sensitivity, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to real-time monitoring and emergency handling during major promotional activities and holidays, with cross-departmental communication and promotion abilities.
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, on-chain address tracking, and AML anti-money laundering compliance logic; experience in risk control at leading exchanges is preferred.
