Job Location:
Remote in Vietnam
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management
- Responsible for local talent recruitment in Vietnam according to the company's business development needs, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and follow-up on hiring;
- Maintain and expand local recruitment channels, establish a talent pool, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality;
- Assist business departments in formulating recruitment plans to timely meet team staffing needs;
- Track recruitment data and regularly produce recruitment analysis reports.
2. Personnel Management
- Handle the entire process of employee onboarding, regularization, job transfers, and resignations;
- Maintain employee files and personnel information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
- Responsible for signing, renewing labor contracts, and managing related documents;
- Assist in improving the company's human resources policies and processes, and promote their implementation;
- Ensure that the company's personnel management complies with local labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
3. Business Support and Employee Relations
- Understand the needs of the business team and provide human resources support and advice to management;
- Follow up on employees' daily work situations and assist in resolving employee relations issues;
- Organize employee training, team building, and corporate culture activities;
- Responsible for employee satisfaction surveys and related improvement projects;
- Assist in promoting the implementation of various management systems within the local team.
4. Other Duties
- Assist in handling payroll, attendance, and performance-related matters;
- Complete other human resources-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resource management, business administration, or related fields;
- More than 2 years of relevant human resources work experience, with recruitment and employee relations management experience;
- Familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and local human resource management policies;
- Possess good communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental collaboration abilities;
- Work diligently and responsibly, with strong execution and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in Office software;
- Proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese as working languages, with good English skills preferred.

- Experience in the internet, e-commerce, fintech, or cross-border business industries;
- Experience in building a local team from scratch;
- Relevant HRBP experience.
