Data Product Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full lifecycle planning, implementation iteration, and daily operations of the data warehouse, BI visualization system, event tracking management platform, and CDP user tagging platform;
2. Responsible for designing, reviewing, and implementing business data attribution logic, clarifying business standards, and improving the indicator system;
3. Interface with business-side data requirements, break them down into product requirements, and collaborate with algorithm, development, and testing teams to promote project launch;
4. Follow up on user feedback after product launch, continuously optimize product features, and ensure platform stability to support refined operations and business analysis.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in statistics, computer science, or data analysis;
2. 3 years or more of experience in data product roles, with practical experience in data warehouses, BI, CDP, and event tracking systems in exchanges or large internet companies;
3. Familiar with data warehouse construction logic, user tagging systems, and full-process management of event tracking, with a grasp of indicator standards and attribution analysis design ideas;
4. Possess good cross-departmental communication skills, able to independently interface with business and product research teams to drive demand implementation;
5. Understanding of SQL, able to read basic data scripts, with experience in the exchange industry preferred.
