AIGC Content Production Specialist Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Relying on the team's mature AI standardized workflow, complete the mass production output of all categories of AIGC content such as AI images, short videos, and creative copy, strictly controlling output efficiency, stability, and content quality to meet daily business delivery needs.
2. Responsible for writing, iterating, optimizing, and classifying various AI model prompts. Customize prompt strategies for different content tasks based on the characteristics of open-source and closed-source models to solve issues such as content homogenization, image quality defects, and logical deviations, continuously improving the content output pass rate.
3. Proficient in operating and maintaining the entire process of AI content production tools, skilled in using mainstream workflow platforms like ComfyUI and n8n, ensuring stable operation of mass production workflows and promptly troubleshooting basic operational failures.
4. Responsible for the full quality inspection, screening, and organization of AI-produced content, eliminating unqualified content based on brand tone, business specifications, and aesthetic standards, and unifying content style, image quality, and output specifications.
5. Continuously follow the iteration dynamics of domestic and international open-source and closed-source AI models and tools, research new generation capabilities, test and evaluate the practical value of new models and tools, and selectively integrate them into existing production processes.
6. Collaborate with the team to complete process optimization and capacity upgrade work, summarize issues and optimization ideas during the mass production process, proactively output workflow iterations, prompt upgrades, and batch production optimization plans to enhance overall content mass production efficiency and standardization.
Requirements
1. Solid prompt writing and optimization skills, proficient in the prompt logic of image and video AI models, able to accurately distinguish the generation characteristics of different models and adapt to various content creation scenarios.
2. Rich practical experience with open-source AI models, proficient in using mainstream open-source models such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, LLaMA, and Qwen, familiar with basic usage logic.
3. Proficient in mainstream closed-source AI tools, capable of independently using platforms like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Kling, and Runway to complete image and video content creation tasks.
4. Efficient in bulk content production, able to strictly follow standardized workflows and stably complete large-scale AIGC content output, adapting to the rhythm of large-scale delivery.
5. Good visual aesthetics, content judgment, and detail control abilities, capable of accurately identifying image defects, content deviations, and style inconsistencies to ensure content quality.
Bonus Points
1. Experience in independently building, modifying, and debugging custom workflows in ComfyUI, able to optimize node logic and simplify production processes based on mass production needs.
2. Mastery of basic fine-tuning techniques for AI models, practical experience with LoRA and DreamBooth fine-tuning, or capabilities in local deployment and environment configuration of AI models.
3. Skills in short video editing and AI video post-processing, capable of independently completing editing, color grading, organization, and optimization of AI-generated videos.
4. Familiarity with mainstream open-source community ecosystems like Hugging Face and Civitai, skilled in searching for and applying quality models, LoRA, and plugin resources.
5. Practical experience in large-scale AIGC mass production, with experience in delivering hundreds of AI images, batch AI short videos, and serialized AI copy in a single day.
