Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for user operations of C-end products from 0 to 1, building the user acquisition - activation - retention - conversion chain, accountable for core metrics such as DAU, retention, duration, and payment rate;
2. Lead content and community cold start, finding suitable customer acquisition and operation strategies for the product across channels like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, and WeChat private domain;
3. Based on data and user feedback, design activities, content topics, growth and viral strategies, and promote A/B testing, reviews, and strategy iterations;
4. Explore and validate commercialization paths with the product team, including membership subscriptions, virtual props, value-added services, and paid content, continuously optimizing around payment rate, ARPPU, repurchase rate, and LTV;
5. Participate in the operational scenario design of AI products, including Prompt strategies, AI interactive experiences, AIGC content production, user comment analysis, and content distribution;
6. Collaborate with product, algorithms, design, and development teams to translate operational needs into product iterations.
II. Requirements
1. Over 1 year of experience in C-end product, user, growth, content, or community operations, with projects that have achieved results from 0 to 1; excellent candidates with verifiable online cases or independent projects may have experience requirements relaxed;
2. Able to clearly articulate their role, goals, actions, data results, and review conclusions in projects, rather than just describing overall team achievements;
3. Familiar with growth models like AARRR, solid data analysis skills, capable of independently completing user segmentation, data breakdown, experiment design, and strategy adjustments;
4. Commercial awareness - not just focusing on user acquisition and follower growth, but able to think about how products generate revenue from payment motivations, conversion paths, and retention value;
5. Have real practical experience with AI rather than just concepts, able to use AI tools to improve efficiency in specific scenarios, such as bulk content generation, comment analysis, social media topic selection, event copywriting, Prompt role setting, AI companionship dialogue optimization, etc.;
6. Have personal judgment on products related to games, social, content communities, and AI companionship, understanding the emotional value and payment motivations of C-end users;
7. Strong learning ability, resilience, results-oriented, able to quickly trial and error and review in uncertainty.
III. Bonus Points
1. Experience in cold-starting accounts, content, communities, or events from 0 to a certain scale, able to present quantitative results such as follower growth, viral hits, conversion, ROI, and retention;
2. Experience in overseas operations, understanding the differences in overseas channel strategies, cross-cultural user psychology, and localization content strategies;
3. Complete cases of AI companionship, AI social, game community, or content community products achieving “user retention from 0 to payment”;
4. Heavy user of AI tools, able to provide evidence of how to integrate AI into daily operational workflows;
5. Experience in viral growth, private traffic pools, or content ecosystem building;
6. English can be used as a working language.
