Job description
Position: Transform storyboards into audiovisual segments that can be integrated into interactive works, responsible for the quality of the visuals and basic post-production delivery.
1. Establish character styling, scenes, and keyframe assets, complete AI image and video generation based on storyboards, controlling performance, composition, and camera movement.
2. Resolve continuity issues with characters, costumes, props, lighting, and actions, completing candidate selection, local corrections, compositing, and shot replacements.
3. Create necessary reactions and branching variants based on selection results, ensuring accurate character states, narrative cues, and emotional changes, maintaining shared materials and variant versions.
4. Complete editing of short prototypes, basic color grading, subtitles, dialogue cleanup, and sound arrangement, handling audio-visual transitions for choice waits, segment jumps, and branch merges.
5. Deliver final cuts, subtitles, separated tracks, and projects according to nodes and versions, reviewing effects in playable versions; complex compositions or professional mixing will be unpacked for collaboration as needed.
Deliverables and Boundaries: Reference assets, shots, and branching final cut packages, basic post-production projects; execute the director's creative standards, provide feedback on production risks, and complete revisions.
Requirements:

2. Proficient in using AI image and video tools, able to consistently manage cross-shot character and scene consistency, and adapt to established project production processes.
3. Understand shot language, lighting, actions, and performances, able to identify generation flaws and provide usable correction plans.
4. Proficient in one primary editing tool, with basic color grading, dialogue handling, subtitle, and separated track output capabilities.
5. Understand the continuity requirements of non-linear segments, able to archive by nodes, states, and versions, checking final cuts in actual interactive playback and iterating.
6. Understand the visual expressions and audience expectations of different content ratings, able to accurately execute director requirements and manage rated material versions.
Work Requirements:

Bonus Points:
Experience in interactive visual production, compositing, sound design, or reusable AI workflows.
