Responsibilities
1. Assist in completing data statistics, analysis, and operational support for the digital asset trading platform's spot and derivatives businesses, providing data support for business decisions.
2. Use SQL, Excel, Python, and AI tools to extract, clean, process, validate, and summarize data, improving data processing efficiency and accuracy.
3. Assist in building and maintaining daily data reports, analysis dashboards, and automated statistical processes, continuously optimizing data delivery efficiency.
4. Produce daily reports, weekly reports, special analysis reports, and Feishu documents, ensuring data consistency, accurate conclusions, and clear logic.
5. Assist in tracking changes in business metrics, identify abnormal data, conduct preliminary analysis, and promptly report potential risks or business issues.
6. Maintain documentation related to data analysis and indicator systems, continuously improving data asset management and enhancing team knowledge retention.
Requirements
1. Based outside mainland China. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, data analysis, or related fields.
2. Open to outstanding fresh graduates or interns with strong learning abilities and proactive research awareness.
3. Sensitive to data, clear logical thinking, able to meticulously complete data verification, anomaly investigation, and standard confirmation tasks.
4. Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, etc.), with a basic understanding of SQL; familiarity with Python, Pandas, and other data analysis tools is preferred.
5. Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility, able to proactively confirm requirements and be accountable for delivery results.
6. Able to adapt to multitasking and ad-hoc analysis needs, with good execution ability and stress resistance.
7. Good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English; English communication skills are preferred.
Bonus Points
1. Familiarity with the digital asset trading industry, with a certain understanding of trading mechanisms such as spot, derivatives, order book, candlestick, funding rates, and mark prices.
2. Experience in automated data processing, script development, or data governance.
3. Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc., to assist in data analysis, code writing, and document organization, continuously improving work efficiency.
4. Relevant internship or project experience in the internet, fintech, securities, quantitative trading, or digital asset industries is preferred.
