BingX is continuously expanding its global market and is now inviting BD partners familiar with Web3 / Crypto to join, focusing on the expansion and operation of Affiliate and KOL ecosystems.
You will become:
1. A key driver of platform growth
2. A pioneer in developing partnerships with KOLs, communities, media, and agents
3. An optimizer of affiliate promotion strategies and incentive mechanisms
📌 We need you:
✅ Familiar with Web3 / exchange ecosystem, understanding KOL communication and community operation mechanisms
✅ Experience in affiliate BD / KOL business / channel expansion, able to independently negotiate and implement
✅ Good business communication and resource integration skills, results-oriented
✅ Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use as a working language (mandatory)
✅ Proficiency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, etc. is a plus
✅ Preference for those with existing KOL, community, media, or affiliate resources
✅ Preference for those with overseas market experience (e.g., EU, MENA)
✅ Preference for those who have led or deeply participated in exchange / Web3 growth-oriented BD projects with quantifiable results (registration volume, trading volume, ROI)
📍 Key cooperation directions (promotion regions):
❌ The following regions are not accepted for promotion: China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Macau, USA, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Canada, Central African Republic, Burundi, Cuba, Congo (DRC), Iran, Laos, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Singapore, Somalia, Ukraine Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions
⚠️ Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam have mature systems at BingX, making promotion more challenging; it is recommended to prioritize expanding into other Southeast Asian countries.
✅ Preferred promotion areas: Southeast Asia (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, etc.)
🎯 You will be responsible for:
Expanding & maintaining partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, communities, media, agents, etc.
Optimizing commission policies, incentive strategies, and promotional materials to enhance conversion and engagement
Analyzing partner data, assessing ROI, optimizing channel structure and budget
Planning and executing promotional competitions, KOL joint activities, and other marketing events
Tracking industry and competitor dynamics, proposing strategy optimization suggestions
Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to promote content and product integration
