Job description
We are looking for a versatile sales professional to promote Kapibala's AI Agent to more quality clients. Your job is not to 'sell products', but to translate real insights into clients' businesses into actionable sales solutions that implement the AI Agent, facilitating the entire process from communication to collaboration.
You will be responsible for
1. Understanding the AI Sales Agent product and translating its value: Familiarize yourself with the capabilities and boundaries of the AI Agent in sales scenarios, clarifying what can be achieved in customer acquisition, outreach, negotiation, closing, community operations, and private domain retention.
2. Customer expansion and maintenance: Drive the entire process from brand planning and promotion, video editing, channel placement, community operations, to business contracts and client maintenance; simultaneously convert leads from the company's provided client pool and partner channels.
3. Customer referral and word-of-mouth: Based on successful customer cases, output industry insights and build reputation, leveraging seed customer referrals to amplify single breakthroughs into community penetration.

1. Mature experience in managing and operating Discord and Telegram communities.
2. Experience in starting from 0 to 1, able to adapt to the development pace of a startup.
3. A habit of content output and personal expression, with an outgoing personality.
4. Good product thinking, user thinking, and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly understand new products and new scenarios.
5. Overseas work experience or a long-term willingness to develop overseas.
6. AINative working style, proficient in using AI tools (Codex, Claudecode, and other AI tools) to enhance work efficiency.
