Job description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for organizing, verifying, and analyzing overseas channel business data, standardizing metric definitions, and ensuring data accuracy.
2. Regularly analyze channel and partner performance, focusing on conversion, activity, retention fees, and cost ROI, providing business judgments and optimization suggestions.
3. Use tools such as Python, SQL, and APIs to develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve data processing and report generation efficiency.
4. Establish business metrics and anomaly monitoring mechanisms to achieve regular updates, automatic reminders, and progress tracking, reducing manual checks and follow-ups.
5. Transform channel management and performance rules into executable data logic and workflows, independently completing the development, testing, launch, and maintenance of lightweight tools.
6. Track BD and channel business progress, providing data support for performance evaluation, personnel training, and resource allocation.
7. Interface with business, data, product, and technical teams to drive the resolution of data, process, and system issues, maintaining basic information and relationship records.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, data analysis, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related fields.
2. Independent programming ability, proficient in using Python for data cleaning, batch processing, and task automation; able to use SQL to query, join, and summarize data.
3. Proficient in using Excel / Google Sheets, able to choose appropriate spreadsheet, script, or database solutions based on tasks.
4. Able to independently turn business requirements into usable scripts, dashboards, or lightweight internal tools, with basic testing, error troubleshooting, version management, and maintenance capabilities.
5. Possess business analysis skills, able to understand metric definitions, identify anomalies, break down problems, and provide clear, evidence-based conclusions.
6. Familiar with AI-assisted programming and analysis tools, able to check and verify generated results, independently locate and solve problems.
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate business rules and data issues with overseas teams.
8. Detail-oriented, logical, with good cross-departmental collaboration skills, and basic awareness of data accuracy and sensitive information protection.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in CEX / Web3, channel operations, commission settlement, cost ROI, or sales performance analysis.
- Experience using tools like Streamlit, Apps Script, Feishu Open Platform, n8n, etc., with practical project implementations.
- Independent development and continuous use of automation projects, able to demonstrate specific functions and efficiency improvement results.
