Chinese Contract BD:
1. Chinese Market Business Development
- Responsible for business development of contract operations in the Chinese market for exchanges, exploring and establishing quality cooperation resources;
- Focus on expanding KOLs, communities, trading teams, agents, channel partners, and other industry partners;
- Establish and maintain a core BD resource network in the Chinese region, continuously expanding the market influence of contract operations.
2. KOL and Channel Cooperation
- Responsible for the development, screening, business negotiation, and cooperation implementation of KOLs, traders, and community resources in the Chinese region;
- Promote cooperation models such as KOL-led trading, content promotion, community operations, and event promotion;
- Establish long-term stable cooperative relationships and continuously enhance the activity and contribution output of partners.
3. Contract Business Growth
- Formulate and execute BD growth plans around contract trading operations;
- Promote new user acquisition, trading users, trading volume, and fee income growth through channel cooperation;
- Track the data performance of cooperative channels, continuously optimizing cooperation strategies and resource investment efficiency.
4. Business Activities and Project Cooperation
- Plan and promote online and offline marketing activities, including AMAs, trading competitions, community events, KOL campaigns, etc.;
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and other teams to ensure smooth launch and execution of business cooperation projects;
- Collect market and user feedback to provide suggestions for contract products and operational strategies.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Continuously monitor the cryptocurrency market, contract trading market, and competitor dynamics in the Chinese region;
- Analyze industry trends, user needs, and competitors' BD strategies;
- Regularly output market information and business resource analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
1. 2 years or more of relevant BD, channel, or market experience in Crypto / Web3 / exchanges;
2. Familiar with centralized exchange (CEX) business models, with a good understanding of perpetual contracts, leveraged trading, copy trading, and other products;
3. Preference for candidates with certain KOL, community, trading team, or channel resources in the Chinese region;
4. Excellent business development, negotiation, and resource integration skills, capable of independently completing the entire process from resource development to cooperation implementation;
5. Data-sensitive, with strong business goal awareness and result-oriented capabilities;
6. Excellent Chinese communication skills, with English communication skills preferred;
7. Strong self-motivation and stress resistance, able to adapt to the rapidly changing Crypto industry environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Gate, MEXC, etc.;
- Rich resources of KOLs, traders, communities, or agents in the Chinese contract market;
- Experience in contract trading, quantitative trading, or copy trading;
- Familiar with the Crypto user ecosystem in the Chinese market (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and overseas Chinese markets);
- Experience in successfully promoting large KOL campaigns, trading competitions, or channel growth projects.
