Salary structure: Base salary 30-40K + Performance bonus
Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the recruitment KPI assigned by the group and the president's office, participate in goal breakdown, process management, result tracking, and review optimization.
2. Responsible for promoting the establishment and implementation of recruitment-related systems, processes, standards, and management mechanisms to enhance recruitment organizational efficiency.
3. Coordinate various business units within the group, promote demand clarification, priority sorting, resource matching, and result delivery.
4. Represent the external development center in cross-team collaboration to express positions, seek resources, and promote consensus, ensuring the smooth advancement of recruitment goals.
5. Judge and handle key issues, resistance, and conflicts in the recruitment process, able to adhere to principles, maintain standards, and not avoid management contradictions.
6. Participate in team management and talent pipeline construction, taking on the role of strictly overseeing, upholding bottom lines, and promoting execution within the team.
7. Responsible for data analysis, process reporting, management material writing, and periodic reviews, able to produce clear, logical, and evidence-based management outputs.
8. Assist the center leader in completing key and special recruitment tasks and organizational collaboration matters at the group level.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in HRD, senior HRBP, OD, recruitment management, or organizational development preferred.
2. Experience working in frontline large enterprises, mature platform companies, or group companies, familiar with collaboration and promotion methods in relatively complex organizational environments.
3. Strong principles, goal orientation, and execution drive, decisive style, able to maintain result orientation under pressure and conflict.
4. Strong organizational influence and communication persuasion skills, able to express viewpoints clearly, break down problems, and seek resources.
5. Able to persuade with facts, data, systems, and logic, rather than relying solely on emotions, postures, or strong expressions.
6. Strong paperwork skills, including data analysis, report writing, system document organization, meeting minutes, and review outputs.
7. Ability to adapt on-site, capable of handling complex communication scenarios and discrepancies in cross-team collaboration.
8. Mature professional qualities, strong stress resistance, with good boundary awareness, judgment, and management finesse.
