[Responsibilities]
PGC Strategy and Growth: Develop the overall growth strategy for PGC content, responsible for content views, completion rates, interaction rates, and user acquisition/activation effects. Optimize titles, covers, and distribution logic through A/B testing.
Content Ecosystem Operations: Connect with internal and external PGC creators (such as experts, institutions, and influencers), plan trending topics, and promote the stable production of high-quality content. Establish content quality assessment and feedback mechanisms.
Multi-channel Distribution: Design secondary dissemination paths for PGC content in conjunction with SEO/ASO and social media matrices to achieve cross-platform traffic.
Data-driven Conversion: Build a PGC operations data dashboard to monitor core metrics (CTR, retention, conversion rate), identify high-potential content and amplify effects, and quickly iterate on inefficient content.
User Path Optimization: Design guiding pathways from content consumption to core conversion actions such as payment/lead collection/download based on user segmentation to enhance LTV.
Cross-department Collaboration: Work with product, design, and marketing teams to promote content tool optimization and the implementation of growth activities.
[Requirements]
Bachelor's degree or above, 5 years of experience in internet content operations/growth, with successful cases in PGC, PUGC, or knowledge-based content operations.
Proficient in the distribution rules and growth strategies of mainstream content platforms (such as WeChat Channels, Douyin, Bilibili, Zhihu, etc.).
High data sensitivity: Proficient in using Excel/SQL/data platforms (such as GrowingIO, Shence), able to extract growth points from data.
Possess content judgment: Able to quickly assess the viral potential of content, familiar with basic tools such as editing and cover production.
Results-oriented, with strong project driving ability and resilience under pressure.

Experience in incubating PGC accounts or viral content (with millions of views) from 0 to 1.
