Job description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Web and App testing of derivatives business, developing and executing test plans and strategies, including: functional testing, building test environments, regression testing, etc.
2. Design and maintain test cases to ensure comprehensive and effective test coverage.
3. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
4. Use tools/scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
5. Participate in product requirements and technical design reviews, providing testing perspective suggestions.
6. Track industry testing best practices, continuously improving testing methods, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Over 9 years of software testing experience. Familiar with the entire business system of derivatives, with at least 1 year of core system experience in financial derivatives business (this is required). At least 1 year of experience leading a team (5 or more people).
3. Good communication skills, teamwork ability; strong learning ability, able to quickly familiarize with the business; strong sense of responsibility to ensure testing quality.
4. Technical Skills:
o Familiar with software testing theories and methods, including black-box testing, gray-box testing, etc.
o Excellent test case design, test execution, and defect tracking abilities.
o Familiar with MySQL database, Kafka, Redis, and other middleware.
o Familiar with HTTP, WebSocket, etc.
At least 1 year of core system experience in financial derivatives business (this is required). At least 1 year of experience leading a team (5 or more people).
