Responsibilities
Responsible for the product planning, requirement design, and implementation of innovative derivative products such as cryptocurrency, CFD contracts, and event contracts on the platform.
Responsible for the complete trading chain design of CFDs, including trading targets, market quotes, trading times, opening and closing positions, leverage, margin, profit and loss calculations, forced liquidation, orders, positions, and trading records.
Responsible for the complete product system design of event contracts, including event markets, trading rules, pricing mechanisms, orders, positions, event lifecycles, result determination, settlement, and exception handling.
Conduct in-depth research on industry products and business models, and develop product plans and iteration schedules based on the platform's development stage.
Responsible for designing trading rules, business processes, exception scenarios, and boundary conditions to ensure that requirements can directly enter the R&D implementation phase.
Collaborate with market data, trading, risk control, wallet, backend, client, and testing teams to promote the complete implementation of requirements from proposal to launch.
Responsible for building relevant backend management capabilities, including product configuration, trading target management, event management, risk control, and operational configuration.
Accountable for the product delivery quality and version progress of the responsible modules, continuously following up on data performance and user feedback post-launch.
Continuously explore new derivatives and innovative trading product forms based on the overall product planning of the platform.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in finance, trading, or internet products.
Experience with digital currencies, CFDs, securities, foreign exchange, futures, and contract trading products is preferred.
Familiar with basic concepts of trading products, with a deep understanding of trading logic related to orders, positions, leverage, margin, forced liquidation, and profit and loss.
Strong logical ability, capable of independently sorting out complex trading rules and various exceptions and boundary scenarios.
Able to independently complete competitive product research, product proposals, PRDs, prototypes, and product acceptance.
Possess strong execution and project promotion capabilities, able to quickly output and simultaneously push multiple requirements.
Results-oriented, able to proactively drive R&D, testing, operations, and other teams to solve problems and complete deliveries.
Bonus Points
Experience in building CFD products from 0 to 1;
Experience with prediction markets, event contracts, or event trading products;
Experience with CEX perpetual contracts and delivery contract products;
Familiar with MT4/MT5 or traditional foreign exchange and securities trading systems;
Familiar with market data sources, liquidity, risk control, and basic architecture of trading systems;
Experience with overseas financial products or global trading platforms.
