Responsibilities
1. Overall architecture planning and technology selection
Responsible for the design and iterative upgrade of the entire front-end architecture of the exchange platform, leading the construction of micro front-end, engineering system, unified component library, and design system; formulating long-term technical planning for high-concurrency, low-latency, and high-stability financial trading scenarios, addressing system performance bottlenecks and architectural debt.
2. Core trading business development
Lead the development of core modules such as contract trading, spot trading, market depth, K-line visualization, real-time order flow, asset accounts, and on-chain wallet interactions; handle massive real-time data streams based on WebSocket, continuously optimizing page rendering, data synchronization, first-screen loading, and interaction experience.
3. Team management and efficiency building
Responsible for building the front-end team, talent echelon construction, technical training, and daily management; coordinating project scheduling, technical reviews, code reviews, quality control, standardizing the development process, and continuously improving team delivery efficiency, code quality, and engineering standardization.
Front-end engineering and stability assurance
Build a complete CI/CD, automated testing, performance monitoring, exception tracking, and gray release system; establish disaster recovery, degradation, and fault tolerance mechanisms for the front-end of the trading system, ensuring zero major failures in online business and supporting high-concurrency trading scenarios for millions of users.
Cross-team collaboration and technical iteration
4. Deeply collaborate with trading engine, back-end, risk control compliance, product, and overseas operations teams to undertake global product requirements; continuously follow cutting-edge front-end and Web3 technologies, promote technological innovation and business implementation, and unify multi-end product interaction experience.
